Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping: Orders over $48.99 qualify for free standard shipping.

Flat rate shipping: Orders below $48.99 ship for a flat rate of $8.95.

Processing & Delivery

Order processing: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Standard shipping: Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days after shipment.

Express shipping: Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days after shipment when available at checkout.

Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging when applicable.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please first check your mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, neighbors, and local carrier. If it is still missing after 2-3 business days, contact us and we will help review the next steps.
