Christmas Knotted Headband with Embellished Crystals and Pearls

Yes, it's kitschy. It's fun. But it's kind of nice, too. It's made of soft fabric over a rigid headband. The little gems are attached through the fabric like pins or buttons, but the gift-bows are hot glued to the fabric. (See video.)The headband fits well and stays on well, at least on my size head and kind of hair.I thought this would be something for the kids, but I actually like it for myself! I'd wear this to the office in December (depending on what's going on in the office that day, of course).

This holds pretty well in my hair, a little slippery! it's definitely very fun. I work in a school and this will be great to wear in December!

The headband lacks teeth but stayed in place for the most part on my hair which has a lot of texture from all the grays. Everything on this is glued so I do worry about how well it will hold up over time. No glue stains or visibly material anywhere on the fabric or baubles, which is nice, but there's a surprising weight to the baubles and a lot of excess fabric around the headband which is just black plastic. It's so cute in person, though, I was pleasantly surprised. I got the green and it looks true to the image, no big empty sections or distortion, none of the baubles came crushed or broken. If you look good in a knotted headband, this should be no different. Just make sure you're doing your best to protect it because it's not going to survive crushed in a full drawer.

This knotted Christmas bow headband is pretty great in person. Perfect for an "Ugly Sweater Christmas Party." Or just to entertain yourself in general. One thing that stood out to me about this headband in particular is these are literal foil mini-bows (like the sort you tape on Christmas presents) and they are glued directly onto this head band. I've tried another Christmas "bow" headband in a similar style with the bows on that one turned out to be very realistic enameled bow charms that were "pinned" onto the headband, in the way the nicer headbands securely pin on their beads. This is not one of those. (But this headband is still good-looking in person. The actual bows here make this Christmas headband very authentically silly.) The fit is fairly comfortable. I'd give this 5 stars if the bows were the nicer "bead" sort.
