Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
All returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery. After 15 days, we will not be able to process any returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s).
- However, if we made a mistake, we will cover the shipping costs.

- Once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund within 3 business days and send you an email notification when the transaction has taken place. However, please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to show up in your account depending on the payment method you used.
- If you paid using a credit card, it may take 4-7 working days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account. This is because banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction.
- If you paid using PayPal, the refunded amount should appear in your account within 1-2 working days.
